All PCS members have voted to support strike action and action short of strike. Action short of a strike means an overtime ban.
After the strike on 10 July there is an overtime ban from Friday 11 July to Thursday 31 July to make sure that we keep up the pressure on the government to agree to national talks on pay, terms and conditions and job security.
The overtime ban is an essential part of the campaign of industrial action.
The overtime ban is lawful industrial action and was covered by the recent ballot.
We are involved in a very difficult dispute with a hostile employer.
