Since the announcement on 25th September 2013 about the future of Telephony at Warbreck the Branch has:
- Issued a 4 page circular and the circular has been placed on the Branch web and both have been circulated
- Benefit Directorate Flexible Working Hours agreement has been republished on the Branch website (it was linked to an article on 28th December 2012) and the web link has been circulated
- The issues have been raised with PCS DWP Group, as there may have been formal consultation at Directorate level (Or Departmental level)
- We have requested that the meeting scheduled with Senior Attendance Allowance Unit Management be brought forward to discuss the ramifications
- We have requested a further meeting with Senior Benefit Directorate Management at Warbreck to seek clarifications and updates
