Recent Announcement at Warbreck

Announcement that the majority of AOs in Disability Living Allowance at Warbreck will move to Helpline but retain their Flexible Working Hours as defined by the Benefit Directorate FWH scheme.

Since the announcement on 25th September 2013 about the future of Telephony at Warbreck the Branch has:

• Issued a 4 page circular and the circular has been placed on the Branch web and both have been circulated
• Benefit Directorate Flexible Working Hours agreement has been republished on the Branch website (it was linked to an article on 28th December 2012) and the web link has been circulated
• The issues have been raised with PCS DWP Group, as there may have been formal consultation at Directorate level (Or Departmental level)
• We have requested that the meeting scheduled with Senior Attendance Allowance Unit Management be brought forward to discuss the ramifications
• We have requested a further meeting with Senior Benefit Directorate Management at Warbreck to seek clarifications and updates
